Ice cream spade is made of stainless steel with a black bakelite handle. It features sharp edges and a smooth, non-corroding surface for scraping and packing ice cream from your commercial ice cream freezer. This spade can also be used for items other than ice cream. 
It works nicely as a scoop for ground meat, deli salads, coleslaw, etc. at a deli counter, or even bulk items like mayonnaise, butter, icing, whipped topping, and much more in a commercial kitchen.
