Beautifully unique 18K Italian yellow gold brooch that has fabulous small round blue sapphires equaling 1.60 carats and dazzling small round diamonds approximately .14 carats. The blue sapphires measure 2mm, the diamonds are also 2mm, and the measurements for the pin are 42x39mm and 1 5/8"x1 1/2". It weighs 8.2 dwt and it dates from the 1950's. Inventory#PS2619. SKU#C2390.
