The fund was seized by President Santa Ana in 1836. The book is quarter dark green cloth with green paper boards. White paper spine label with black lettering and ruled borders. The dust jacket is textured forest green paper with texture with a hand-printed letterset title "Carrillo On The Pious Fund" stamped on it at the top of the spine. There is a 1/4 inch closed tear at the top (with miniscule wear, see the photo, please) of the spine jacket and an 1/8 inch closed tear at the bottom of the jacket spine. There is no fading to the edges of the book, nor the jacket. If not for these minor things, the jacket would be fine. Shipping cost includes tracking, insurance and safe packaging.
