100% Wool with a Silk Lining. It is 18" across from underarm to underarm & will stretch to 22" across. It is Ivory in color. It is covered with clear sequins that shimmer when the light catches them. It has a beaded scallop shell design to it on top of the sequins so that the sequins are inside the scallop shells. It has beaded drops at the bottom but it is missing some beads & plastic pearls in several drops. It is also missing some sequins underneath the armpits. These are commonly sold beads/pearls & they could be replaced fairly easily. The missing beads actually aren't very noticeable since they are clear beads. If you know anyone who sews you could probably get it restored fairly quickly & the beads would cost you about $2 or so at most.
