There are some small puncture holes towards the back bottom & also on the bottom sides. They are not anywhere where they would be nearby any private parts. The puncture holes have frayed edges around them & they are about 1/8 of an inch around. There are some on the right hand side, on the left hand side & one in the back bottom. If you have a problem with this then please do not purchase the Skirt. Item is also missing the inside fabric tag but it is either 100% Cotton or Cotton Blend. The back tag says W: 26 1/23" & L: 26 1/2". Measured flat: The Waist measures 13" across, the Hips measure 19" across & it is 27 1/2" Long. Email me  if you need additional measurements. I will get them for you ASAP! Denim is heavy & has weight to it. It will need to ship priority due to it's weight. The shipping cost is built into the price.
