It is 20" across from underarm to underarm. It could be used as a shirt or could also be worn open and used as a jacket over another top. The sleeves are short sleeves. The front is covered with Black Bugles beads in a free-form design that almost looks like long thin leaves. The neckline, sleeves & bottom of the top have small silver bugle beads & white shiny plastic pearls in an elaborate border design that also goes around the back. It is marked a size Large. It is 100% polyester but resembles the silk beaded tops so closely that its difficult to distinguish that its not silk.
