100% Genuine Leather. 

Measurements taken flat: 

It is 20" across Bust. It is 13" from underneath the underarm 

to the bottom of the jacket. The sleeves are 17" long 

from underneath the underarm to the cuff. 

There are 2.25" belt loops on the jacket 

but the belt is missing. You could use any 2" black leather belt 

for it. The jacket is in good condition with no rips or tears.
