It also has a cord on the top so you can wear it around your neck. The plush has velcro on the back and comes off, but there's a thread attaching it to the pouch. It was made in 1999 by Starline, and the plush measures 3 inches tall while the pouch is about 4 inches tall. It still has the original tag but it has some bends and wear from age. The item itself is in excellent condition. This is from the original line of Pokemon toys and as I already mentioned is no longer in production!
