This is a vintage silver plate butter dish that has a glass insert.  There are no manufacturer markings on the dish.  The dish is in excellent condition other than being tarnished.  The glass insert is not cracked or chipped.  The dish measures approximately 8 1/2" x 5 1/2" x 3 3/4".
