This very rare vintage Hard Cover book (189 pages) is in good overall condition.  There are not any marks or blemishes to interior other than normal light toning to pages from age.  There is separation beginning at spine at Title Page, though all pages are still firmly connected.  Cover shows some age and light stainage, especially on back cover as pictured.

Any copy of this book is extremely hard to find.  Please do your own research.

Extremely collectible in good vintage condition!
