Collars are brand new and are in sealed cello packs. The collars are from a bulk shop pack and are not packed into individual boxes.

Flea, Tick and Mosquito Collar kills fleas, ticks (including those carrying Lyme Disease) fleas eggs and flea larvae to prevent re-infestation, as well as repelling mosquitoes.  The collar begins killing adult fleas immediately when placed around the cat's neck and reaches maximum flea and tick killing effectiveness within a few days.  The collar remains effective against adult fleas and ticks for up to 4 months, even when it gets wet from rain, swimming or a bath.

Directions for use:
Place the collar around the cat's neck, adjust for fit and buckle in place.  The buckle fastens like a seat belt, ie insert the tongue into the receiver and the buckle locks in place.  A push button releases the buckle. The collar must be worn loosely to allow for growth of the cat and to permit the collar to move about the neck.
