This is a vintage book on canning and preserving foods by the Kerr Canning Jar Company - I couldn't find a date but would think it to be somewhere from the late 30's to early 50's - About 6.5 X 9.5, it is staple bound, 55 pages and illustrated in color. Both a practical guide and a vintage collectible - It is in generally good condition with wear to cover and a couple of interior pages have spots, but not so you can't easily read the text. Spots are most likely from where the book sat on the counter in an old country kitchen while stuff was "cookin".
