antique victorian cast bronze brass thermometer elk/stag silver vial

Great antique cast thermometer with either an elk or stag standing on the base, It is either brass or bronze (magnet does NOT attract) stands 7 3/4" high with a 3 1/2" wide base. I do not see any missing or broken parts. It looks like it is leaning back a little but may have been made that way. It does have a lightly inscribed security number on the underside (probably from the 70's when it was advised to inscribe your drivers license number into valuables). no separation in the vial but untested for its accuracy.
