This is a new, homemade summer top. Should fit about a Size 3T. Measures approx. 16.5" from shoulder to hem and has a 13" flat chest. Is a very cute multi-colored flip flop shoe print with green and white checked lining. Has pink ricrac trim. Buttons at the shoulders and back overlaps. Many clothes listed and will gladly combine shipping.
