This is a Collectible Porcelain Gold Plated Bell (#0005) decorated in delicate rose patterns throughout. It stands 5 ¼ inches high and is 2 ¾ inches wide at the base. There are no chips, but the rim around the base is a little rough in some spots.  Otherwise the bell is in very good condition. Please see pix for complete description.
