This is a vintage original 11x14 in. US lobby card from the 1950's Film-Noir gangster crime drama I MOBSTER, released in 1959 by 20th Century-Fox and directed by Roger Corman. Based upon the novel by Joseph Hilton Smythe, handsome Steve Cochran stars in the rise and fall of gang lord Joe Sante. As indicated in the center of the bottom border, this is scene card number 3 from the set of 8 cards. The image features an interior medium shot of beautiful real-life striptease artist Lili St. Cyr playing herself as she angrily confronts gangster Joe Sante (Steve Cochran) during a party scene as he casually listens to her while the group of guests watch her outburst and anticipate the outcome

This vintage original lobby card was printed for the film's original 1959 US theatrical release and it is not from a later theatrical re-release. It is unrestored and in near-fine condition with a 1 in. horizontal tear with a small chip next to it in the top half of the right border; several random creases near the top left corner within the top border and the light blue background area beneath it; a light 0.75 in. diagonal crease on the bottom left corner; and a 0.25 in. horizontal tear in the top quarter of the left border. There are no pinholes, stains, or flaws other than those previously mentioned and the colors are fresh and vibrant without any signs of fading.
