Vintage Valentine's Day 1978 Limited Edition Veneto Flair Tiziano Italy Plate

Vintage 1978 Valentine's Day plate by V. Tiziano.  This plate was hand etched and painted in Italy by Veneto Flair.  It is a Limited Edition piece and is numbered 2709 of 3000.  Artist signed on front.   

Approximate 7.5" Diameter

Condition:  Vintage, some of the raised dot have wear to the metallic gold.  Couple of the dots are rough and there are a few really light blue marks on the left side of the plate.  The blue marks may be from when the artist painted the plate.  The plate has an overall crackle effect, this may be why the dots are rough.    Appears to be in very nice condition.
