Heavy Duty Mulberry Paper- Rough-This gorgeous mulberry paper is hand made in Northern Thailand. We worked with the villagers who made this Sa paper from their homes. It is much thicker than other mulberry papers. Each sheet weighs about 1.80 oz and it may vary from sheet by sheet because it is hand made. Each sheet measures 21x31 inches. The front surface has a scum bled texture and the back surface is smooth. Perhaps best of all it is acid free- ideal for card making, bag, window shade, partition, gift wrapping- just about anytime that you need a high quality natural paper! Although this paper is heavier than most other mulberry papers it is still translucent enough to allow light to pass through; making it ideal for lampshades and hand made lanterns. Pictures of craft items are displayed for the purpose of ideas for the possible uses of this paper. We have several colors, patterns and designs including natural flowers and leaves for Sa Papers.
