Your item will be shipped with the best available standard shipping service based on your location.  Please allow 10-20 business days to major destinations such as the United States, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom etc. (Other destination can take up to 45 days)

 

Customer satisfaction is everything for us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from WickyDeez (formerly Cosy Fun 'N Stuff), you may return it within 7 days for a refund depending on the situation (please see our return and refund policy). However the return shipping charges, 25% re-listing fee (if item has been used / opened) and the transaction of the total product purchase will be deducted from your refund.

If a Return has been approved, please make sure that the package meets the following requirements:

 

- The product hasn’t been used, quality problems not included. 

- Furthermore, there is no quality problem due to abuse or misuse.

- The accessories and outer package are intact.

 

If you received a wrong product, a product with any quality problem, you can also return the product within 7 working days from receiving your item. We can give you a full refund or change the product at your request after we received the package and confirmed the issue.

 

If you have chosen the incorrect size for a clothing item or you're unable to fit into it /or chose the wrong product, we can still process an exchange for you within 7 working days; however we cannot pay for your shipping costs when you return the item.

 

If you change your mind, feel free to send us a cancellation request within 24 hours. However the cancellation is only available if your order is not been processed. Once your order is moved to the “in-progress” status (usually within 24-48 hours after the order is placed), then the cancellation cannot be granted.

 

Please allow, anywhere from 2 to 7 business days for Handling time. Usually I ship all items as soon as possible, being the same business day or the day after but it also depends on stock availability and waiting times for payments to clear. The handling of the item will be arranged right after the payment has cleared.
