This is a beautiful an delicate antique miniature lute, with beautiful casing and rich, brown and amber marbled coloring.  The neck is set with cow bone, as is the head of the lute.  There is a lovely mother of pearl design around the main body of the lute, but there are some losses to the brown shell on the front of the lute.  One peg is missing, one is partial, there are a few strings.  A very special antique item to add to your collection.

The lute measures 5 inches long, 1 1/4 inches at its widest point, and 1 1/4 inches at its deepest point.
