This is a vintage hand dressed Inuit doll, with a baby on her back.  Her gloves, skirt and shoes are fabricated of white leather with black banding at the top of the gloves.  Her hooded upper garment and the papoose wrap appear to be of some sort of fur, but I am not sure if it is natural or synthetic.  Her eyes open and close, and are brown.  A band of black is located above her eyes, as part of the hood.  She stands 7 5/8 inches tall.  There is some slight damage where leather has peeled up above her shoe, shown in the photographs.
