Hard Cover, 327 pages.  Great color illustrations!!  Book is in extremely good vintage shape.  See pics!  Cover and interior is very nice without ANY noted marks, tears or blemishes save an ink gift inscription (dated 1956) to first page as pictured.  There is also a very small  smudge to closed page ends…does not mar actual page text or pictures at all…just on the side of the closed pages on the very last inch of the book..hardly worth mentioning for such an old book in spectacular condition but I believe in full transparency with all postings!

Book comes with original hard protector sleeve, which has kept the actual book in spectacular condition.  The sleeve itself if distressed and starting to come apart…easily fixed with some tape, but I will leave that repair to you.

The Little Lame Prince and his Travelling Cloak (often published under its shorter title The Little Lame Prince) is a story for children written by Dinah Maria Mulock Craik and first published in 1875. In the story, a young prince whose legs are paralyzed due to a childhood trauma is given a magical travelling cloak by his fairy godmother; he uses this cloak to go on various adventures, and develops great wisdom and empathy in the process.
