This diminuitive spill vase is embellished with lovely ladies, and flowers.  All on a background of finely crackled glaze, indicative of Satsuma Pottery.  The delicate neck is 2 inches long, and the vase stands 3 3/8" high.  It is perfectly proportioned and in very good condition.  Purple and orange robes on the beijin are echoed in the purple and orange flowers on the neck.  On the reverse, flowers on the shore of a lake, with Mt. Fuji in the background.  Signed, circa 1890.
