Lovely. small Satsuma glazed vase with floral, clouds and geometric diapers around the neck, and as two side panels.  The larger, front panel depicts two scholars or Courtiers being served tea by a beijin, or lovely lady.  On the reverse, a teahouse is painted against a backdrop of Mt. Fuji and greenery.  All against a creamy, crackled ground that Satsuma potters made famous.  Measures 3 1/4 inches high, and is 2 1/4 inches at its widest point.  The neck is 1 3/4 inches, and spreads from 3/4 inches to 1 1/4 inches.    The vase is signed.  Circa 1890.
