This is a rare CHAIRMAN MAO ZEDOMG MINATURE FANS (2). I got there in a box years a go when Splendid China closed in Orlando, Florida. It was a theme park run by the Peoples Republic Of China. I have no idea what the Chinese says. The picture shows the two sides of the fan and since I scanned two, I am including both. They are solid plastic and do not open and close. The quartre was to show size and is not included.
