I've taken my wedding veil collars to the next step with this 9" collar. This particular one was made for the smaller variety of our furry friends, but these can be customized to any size neck. Included are my latest acquisition of 2-1/4" long lace, hand stitched to elastic tulle and lace with a white satin flower with Ribbons and a tiny pearl center. This veil would be perfect for a wedding where you want to include your sweet furry friend, or a shower, or even just for fun as a halloween costume!
