Found at Estate Sale! 

This  28? sled style toy kites were made by Spectra Star/Marvel in 1999 and feature a giant Fleer Tradition baseball card printed on them.  

Inside the package you will also find a standard sized 1999 Fleer Tradition card too.  

This set features Greg Maddis of the Atlanta Braves.

 

In original package, the kite could have some color fade do to storage issue.
