This is a Vintage Pair of #3 ½ Nippers with Pry End (#2516) They are 8 inches long. The nippers have lettering on it over the 3 ½ that is either G-H K, G-H P or G-H R. Also the G could be an O. They are very sturdy, nothing loose on them. They do need a good cleaning, but are in very good condition. Please see pix for a complete description.
