These are 2 VERY PRETTY LITTLE ROSE PINS (#0014) they were made in Japan and measure 1 ½  inches long and 7/8 inches wide. They attach with a screw post in back. I don’t know what you would attach them to, because the post in back is thicker than a pin would be.
