This is a One Peso bank note by The Japanese Government used in the Philippines during the Japanese occupation before WWII, various serial numbers.
Front shows the Jose Rizal monument at the Luneta Park. Stamped 'Japanese War Notes Claimed and  Received for Safekeeping by the Association of the Philippines, Inc.'
