This wonderfully detailed set is from the 1950s and was designed in a very ornate floral style. The Tea set features 9 large teacups with 7 matching saucers - a total of 16 pieces. The floral decoration that features rose pink red, violet blue, yellow with green foliage that extends about 1 inch (2.5 cm) down into the bowl of the cup. The outside of the teacup is a deep red and is detailed with a golden garland and golden speckles. Gold rims on both the cup and saucer. The design of these pieces is very romantic.
