Flash Adapter #5/25 flash bulb to (household) screw base
This is the Long model, about 1-1/2"
This adapter moves the smaller bulb up to the center of the flash head.
It's a used item with scuffs. I have not tested it because I do not have any flash or bulbs.
Sold as is.
