For sale is my beloved Bottega Veneta Vachette (calf) Medium Cabat, color "Shadow."  I bought this directly from the Bottega Veneta boutique in Costa Mesa, California.

Included:  Dust cover, leather card/envelope, and the Cabat zip pouch are included in this purchase.

Condition:  

The zip pouch is in new condition because I never used it or carried it.  I untied the pouch from the Cabat on day 1 and kept it in my closet.  It easily can be retied to the bag tether.

The bag is in gently-used condition--see photos for details.  There are mild signs of wear on the handles and corners, and in the base, as shown in the photos.

I bought it directly from Bottega Veneta Costa Mesa 2 years ago, used it a few times per week during Spring-Summer 2015 and Spring-Summer 2016, putting it away in between as I rotated it with my other bags.  During its "rest" periods, I stored it in its dust cover in my non-smoking, pet-free home.  I never used it in inclement weather.  It has never gotten wet or stained.

-16" long at the base (around 22" at the opening when pressed flat at the top)

-7" wide at the base (measured from the exterior)

Price info:

I paid the full $7,000 price for it at the boutique 2 years ago (see photo of my receipt, for privacy reasons, it will not be included with purchase).  For your reference, my understanding is that standard nappa medium Cabats now start at $7,200.  I have priced this to sell, because it is ready for some new adventures with a new caretaker!  I would keep it for myself if I weren't running out of closet space.
