The panties have elastic on the sides of the waist and legs. They also have a see through triangle lace pattern just below the navel with 2 little black bows at each side. This set is a size 6 small. It is new without tags. It is made of 100% Polyester exclusive of Ornamentation USA Fabric and made in Haiti. The straps are adjustable.
