Romance of the Three Kingdoms is a Chinese historical novel based upon true events in the turbulent years near the end of the Han Dynasty and the Three Kingdoms era of China. Damaged Merchandise
Delivery of merchandise in good condition is the responsibility of the shipping carrier.
Should your order arrive in damaged condition, immediately inform your local shipping carrier to file a claim. Be sure to keep your original box and packing material.
You must make claims for shipping damages to the delivery carrier within three days of receipt of merchandise.
