LAYAWAY PLAN

 

Due to Hard Economic Times we have started this service for our customers to make it easier for you to be able to purchase the items you want at great prices. There will be no interest or other fees to hold your items in layaway.

This is ATOZDEALZ layaway contract in all its entirety. If you purchase an item from ATOZDEALZ using our Layaway Option, you agree to all the conditions listed in this contract. 
This contract is legal and binding so please read all of the conditions before accepting.

Terms of Contract:

1. Choose the item(s) that you would like to purchase.

2. DO NOT hit the "Buy it Now” or the "Check Out” button.

3. Contact me by b-mail or send me a message stating your interest to buy the item(s) on layaway.

4. ATOZDEALZ will work with you to set up a payment plan that fits your budget.

5. You can make payments that will work for you. You set the time frame that you would like to pay in and we go from there.

6. A down payment of 10% of the item(s) total is required at the start of this contract. You will receive an invoice through paypal. When your first down payment is made, you have accepted this contract.

7. ATOZDEALZ will pull the item out of inventory (if there is only 1 in stock) and place it on hold.

8. Every time you make a payment, ATOZDEALZ will update your balance due on your invoice and send you a copy by e-mail.

9. Once final payment has been made and when no balance is due, ATOZDEALZ will ship the item to you.

10.Your initial first 10% payment is non refundable. If you default in payments, any monies paid to ATOZDEALZ after the initial payment will be returned to you and the item will be returned to our inventory. (We all know that unforeseen circumstances may arise and may bring financial hardship. ATOZDEALZ does take these things into consideration).

11. ATOZDEALZ accepts paypal and credit card payments made through them. ATOZDEALZ require you to send the following information by e-mail with the following information:

By returning this contract to me along with your down payment of 10%, you agree to all the terms mentioned in this contract and agree to make payments as set by YOUR payment plan.
