For your consideration, here is a Vintage Official Dan Quayle, This End Up Ceramic Coffee Mug Cup, made by recycled Paper Products, made in Japan.  It is 3 1/2 inches tall and has a diameter of 3 3/8 inches.  It is in nice shape, with a shiny surface.  I didn't see or feel any chips.  Item pictured is the actual item up for sale and comes from a non-smoking household.  (350.964v-1.5bb)
