·        Chest: Wear a slim fitted undershirt, take a deep inhale, then measure the fullest parts of chest around underarms and torso, adding 2 inches for comforts that’s a tight fit measurements. The results of your measurement would be less than twice of Underarm (seam to seam) 50.5 inches. Suggested measurement: 44-46”

·        Waist: Wear a slim fitted undershirt, then measure around belly button (navel) and torso. The results of your measurement would be less than twice of (across fifth button ~17” from neck) or 47.5 inches. Suggested measurement: 38-40

·        Arm: Measure from center back neck over the shoulder and down to the wrist. The tagged label shows 34-35, noting that this shirt has only an actual arm-length is 35.25 inches from center back collar over the shoulder down to the wristband, it’d be 0.25 inch moving comfort for size 35 and 1.25 inch moving comfort for size 34. According to the above measurements, I’d suggest a measurement of 34.5” for trim fit
