This is a VINTAGE USA/CANADA PIPE REAMER (#0272) One one side it states “ROCKET REAMER MADE IN U.S.A“ and on the other side “PAT. U.S.A. CANADA. UNITED KINGDOM, OTHER FOREIGN PAT. PEN.” Even though the finish is tarnished, the springs work fine. Please see pix for complete description.
