This is a nice RARE   Vintage  DUCHESS  5"  Wooden  Felt Lined Embroidery Hoop.  It has been used.  But is in Nice shape.  Felt Line is in Good shape with only a little bit of wear.  Clean.  Clearly marked DUCHESS on the Outer ring.   Cool Old Piece and collectible.
