GOOD- The item has been used previously for a period of time but generally in good condition. Some flaws or scratching are or maybe present

FAIR- The item has been used previously for a prolonged period of time but is still in acceptable condition for continued use

We have described this item as precisely and honestly and to the best of our ability and are tested when applicable.
