This handbag comes from a High End Department Store. This bag was either a store display or it was sold and returned to the store for one reason or the other. This bag has been used and the stitching where the handle connects to the ring has come loose on both ends and needs repair. The shoulder strap and Tassels are missing. There is a reticket sales tag. RETURNS
 
 We offer a 7 - day return policy from the date you receive the item. Inspect the item when you receive it and contact me with in the first 3 days if there are any problems. Do not use item or remove any attached retail tags if you intend to return the item.  You must contact us  before you return the item and you must return the item in it’s original box and packing material. The item must be in the same condition it was in when we shipped it. Buyer pays return shipping. There will be a 15% restocking charge on all returned items. If the item is used or if the retail tags are removed, the item can not be returned.
