For your consideration, here is a Vintage Tiny Lucky Louie Fishing Lure, by Bill Minser, with box, made by the Minser Tackle Co., made in the USA. It has Port Angeles printed on the end of the box.  The lure has a little wear on it. The "nose" area has a dent on the top oval part. The hook and chain are not attached to the lure. The lure itself measures 4 inches long.  The box has wear, spots and tape on the bottom of it. It will be mailed in a box for protection.
