• Chest: Wear a slim fitted undershirt, take a deep inhale, then measure the fullest parts of chest around underarms and torso, adding 2 inches for comforts that’s a tight fit measurements. • Waist: Wear a slim fitted undershirt, then measure around belly button (navel) and torso. The results of your measurement would be less than twice of (across fifth button ~16” from neck) or 50 inches. Suggested measurement: 40-44

Noting that this shirt has only an actual arm-length is 34.5 inches from center back collar over the shoulder down to the wristband, the designer added 0.5 inch moving comfort for size 34. According to the above measurements, I’d suggest a measurement of 34 inches (traditional fit)
