Fitz & Floyd Classics Snowy Woods Tureen and Lid #1905

Beautiful covered tureen from the Snowy Woods series by Fitz & Floyd Classics.  Cream colored background with textured snowflake and raised designs, trimmed in matte gold. Some of the matte gold has a rubbed, aged look to it.   Lid handle is bow shaped with colorful leaves and berries.  Holds about 6 cups.  There is no spoon notch in the cover. 

Approximate measurements:  Height to top of bows: 8", Bowl height: 5-1/4",  Cover diameter: 8" x 9",  Bowl diameter: 7-1/4" x 7".

Condition:  Appears to have been rarely, if ever, used.  Looks like one edge of the bow loop, on the cover, wasn't formed properly but was covered with gold when it was made.  There is scratching to the gold trim around the edges, mainly on the cover - see photos.
