This is a CINCO CENTAVOS M-1956 COIN CUFFLINK (#1141). Around the rim on the back it states Estados Unidos Mexicanos. It measures a little over ¾ on an inch. I only have the one. It is in very good condition, Please see Pix for a complete description.
