This is a Commemorative Belt Buckle? that celebrates the 100th Anniversary of The Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. It was struck in antiqued solid jeweler's bronze by The Historic Providence Mint (HPM), issued in 1985. This buckle is #1006 out of a possible edition of 9000. It measures 3-1/4" by 2-1/2". New in original box. This belt buckle was never worn. Has a small scuff at the top. Comes with a Certificate of Authenticity.
