Wonderful lightweight TERRY CLOTH + Single Knit fabric.  Perfect for your sewing projects from sleeping garments to decor.  It's a Polyester Nylon blend.  Great bold striped design with Terry Cloth almost like a short soft velvet plush in white with other various colored dots, and the red a thin single knit.  Lots of stretch in this too.

The measurements are:

1 3/8 yards x 68 inches wide (has both selvages)
