This is a NEW, NEVER USED, EASY IRON-ON Applique Kit "Harvest Autumn Leaves".   It is from What's New, Ltd.  Complete instructions included with the kit.  This is not a transfer, but fabric that can be applied by hand or machine.  It has Fus-O-Bond on the back.
