Excellent Condition on these Misses Size 12 Knee Pants. 98% cotton & 2% Spandex  for wonderful comfort and wearability.   This style also has belt loops in the waistband and fit below the waistline.   They have already been washed so they will not shrink.  Also no ironing.

There is a brand name "Dockers" sewn in the center back label.   They have 2 hip pockets and placket zipper & 2 buttons in front.  2 front  pockets.  No frayed places or stains.   The fabric is a fade-out cotton as you can see from the photos.

Measurements are:

waist = 35 inches

inseam = 14 inches
